At Hilwa’s Boutique, we want to make sure you receive your order quickly and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship

Right now, we ship all across the United States. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping yet, but we hope to in the future!

Processing & Shipping Times

We process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order is shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Please keep in mind that unexpected delays (like weather or carrier issues) may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once we ship your order, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. If you have trouble tracking your order, just reach out to us—we’re happy to help!

What If My Package Is Delayed or Lost?

If your package takes longer than expected, give it an extra 2-3 business days before reaching out. If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbors or your local post office. Still missing? Let us know, and we’ll help sort it out.

Wrong Address? Let Us Know ASAP!

Double-check your shipping details before placing your order! If you realize there’s a mistake, contact us immediately—once an order is shipped, we can’t change the address.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing something, send us an email within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the package. We’ll work on a solution for you right away.
